Complaint/Reporting Procedure

Any employee may report incidents:

  • discrimination
  • harassment
  • exclusion
  • exclusionary behavior

via:

  • Email HR
  • special report form
  • written report
  • confidential meeting

with the person in charge.

Tiered Incident Management

Level 1 – Investigation

Initial documentation and assessment of the incident within 5 business days.

Level 2 – Internal Exam

Taking statements and gathering information.

Level 3 – Corrective Actions

For example:

  • recommendation
  • compulsory education
  • change teams
  • disciplinary measures

Level 4 – Administrative Sanctions

In serious cases, the internal work regulations apply.

Confidentiality and the GDPR

The company fully respects confidentiality and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Greek law.

Access to the reports is restricted exclusively to authorized personnel.

Education

The company conducts training and awareness-raising activities on inclusion and diversity, and by decision of management, this training is mandatory every May and November of each year.

Approval

This policy is approved by Management and takes effect on January 1, 2025.
