{"id":6687,"date":"2021-11-10T19:41:58","date_gmt":"2021-11-10T16:41:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kek.maxx.gr\/?page_id=6687"},"modified":"2021-11-10T19:41:58","modified_gmt":"2021-11-10T16:41:58","slug":"art2-eu-project","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ergasiakek.gr\/en\/art2-eu-project\/","title":{"rendered":"ART2 EU PROJECT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_gallery images=&#8221;6689&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221; Introducing Cultural Diversity of European Cities to Youth (InART2DiverCity)&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Program: Erasmus+, KA205 (Youth)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reference Number: 2018-1-CY02-KA205-001200g<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficiary Organization: EUROPEAN OFFICE OF CYPRUS<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Short Description&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This project aims to develop new and effective approaches, methods and materials to introduce \/ reinforce European Cultural Heritage and Intercultural learning, with the view to enhance the skills and employability of young adults (age group 18-30) in the creative sectors as well as the professional skills of trainers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project proposes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the development of Alternative Pedagogical Methodology &amp; Training practices to train the teachers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the development of training seminars for VET students<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the creative applications and pilot testing for the re-use of the cultural heritage<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">InART2DiverCity project is planned in a way to create the conditions for adult Young people, who are studying in Vocational Education and Training, to participate to alternative pedagogical methodology focused in the artistic expression. Moreover, culturally teaching activities in the framework of \u201ctrain-the-trainer\u201d, namely train the VET center professors on adopting a multicultural pedagogical methodology, will improve the performance of students with limited arts knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the project completion, the aspired result of the learning process developed during the life of the project is the creation of a methodology which can produce knowledge through the multi-cultural experience of other peoples\u2019 art and on a second stage through the observation of artistic expression in open-team exhibitions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This approach to teaching helps all students acquire more knowledge about cultural diversity, and uses the cultural heritages, experiences, and perspectives of ethnically diverse students as instructional resources to improve their learning opportunities and outcomes.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;\u039futputs &#8220;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">InART2DiverCity proposes the following intellectual outputs:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research and evaluation analysis of educational and training needs for the specific sector and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">consolidated report;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Development of Alternative Pedagogical Methodology &amp;
